Eligibility

  • Only foreign students without Korean citizenship are eligible for the scholarship.
  • Proof of a bachelor’s degree is required when applying to a master’s program.
  • If you are applying for a Ph.D. program, you must provide proof of a master’s degree.
  • Students in their final year can also apply.
  • English is used for more than 80-90% of the courses.
  • Required English language proficiency levels:

All submissions must be made in English or Korean:

  • Your national identity card in duplicate.
  • Scans of your parents’ national identity cards.
  • Family registration certificate that confirms your relationship with your parents.
  • Certificates for each degree obtained.
  • If your degree is still pending, provide a certificate or formal letter outlining your expected graduation date.
  • Report on English proficiency (taken between September 2024 and two years later).
  • Two letters of recommendation written by your academic supervisors.
  • Resume if the letters of recommendation are from your workplace.
  • Awards, honors, and employment documents.
